Variant 1 — Dense ops

Dark, compact, monitoring-tool feel. Everything an operator needs on one screen: health strip, guardrail table, retrieval mix, keys & budgets, bots, deploy state. Best for day-to-day admin use.

Variant 2 — Calm board

Light, editorial, document feel. Same facts, fewer of them on screen, with the pilot's honest caveats stated in plain prose. Best for board review and non-technical readers.

Both variants contain an Admin view and a User view (switch at the top of each page). Data is a realistic snapshot of the pilot on 2026-09-04. Once a direction is picked, this becomes a guide + tech-spec doc pair in the AIOS8 repo before any real build.
